Shipments are posted within 2 days of order via USPS Ground. If you prefer faster shipping, please feel free to contact me to make alternate arrangements. All items will be packaged using recyclable, biodegradable, and/or repurposed materials.
GrandMother takes the utmost care in packaging and shipping your Goods safely, and is therefore not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment. Please contact the shipping service provider if there any aforementioned problems for resolving.
If a package tracking number shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Grandmother Goods will issue a refund. Unfortunately, given the uniqueness of secondhand items & use of surplus materials, lost items may not be able to be replaced exactly. Please contact me about replicating your order.

All international orders are subject to a cost of at least $35. All International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
GrandMother Goods is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Due to the nature of secondhand, items are subject to imperfections and minor wear. GrandMother carefully selects any/all Goods with care, and mends any blemishes as much as possible. Items with minor imperfections that cannot be mended will be described in item listing.
It is important to me that you love your order. If not, I gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange return shipment; all returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery
Any shipment return cost will be made by the customer. A confirmation email will be sent when the product has been received along with a store credit voucher

All items with minor flaws will be listed in the product description for your reference. In the case that an item is not as specified and you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue.
